2. Possible origin
The OS of your Raspberry has probably been corrupted.
This usually happens when users switch the power off without shutting the computer down first the proper way (Logout > Shutdown).
3. Solution
1Download thefollowing file in order to learn how to reinstall your SD card.
Do not forget to contact our support team, as you will have to open the control unit and break the warranty seal, so this operation needs to be supervised by us so you don't loose your warranty.
In the future, always turn off the machine by going to Logout > Shutdown and wait a few seconds before switching the power off)
